4.3. We are not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages that occur during shipping. Any issues with shipping should be addressed directly with the carrier. 

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service.

5.2. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time after receiving the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5.3. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used products unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
