1. No Cash Refunds

1.1. Cash refunds are not available if there is no issue with the product. Refunds will only be processed in the event of a product defect or damage upon receipt. 

2. Notification of Issues

2.1. If you encounter any problem with your product, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please contact our customer service team at [Your Email Address] or [Your Contact Number] and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.

2.2. Failure to notify us of any issues within 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of your right to a refund. 

3. Refund Processing

3.1. Once we receive and verify your claim of a product issue, we will process your refund within 30 days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.  

4. Conditions for Refund

4.1. Refunds are only provided for defective or damaged products. The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. 

5. Return Instructions

5.1. If your refund is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product.
